About Chris Saraceno
Chris Saraceno is Vice President and Partner of Kelly Auto Group, headquartered in Emmaus PA. He works closely with all 11 dealerships and the Kelly Auto Group’s President, Partners, and General Managers to establish clear sales and profitability objectives for all Kelly stores.
Chris’ role within the organization is broad. He focuses on profit management, vendor relationship, expense management and budget forecasting. His responsibilities also include customer-oriented processes and manufacturer satisfaction levels. His insights into automotive advertising allow him to inspect what he expects from automotive advertising agencies. His depth of knowledge on automotive advertising allows him to relate to the demands of an automotive advertising agency from the auto dealer’s perspective which empowered him to develop DealerElite.Net as a social networking commuinty.
Chris has facilitated the development of the Kelly Sales, Service, Orientation and Hiring Processes Programs. These are considered the foundation for the business and are administered through four Kelly “college” locations at the dealerships. These programs train team members to offer consistent and extraordinary service to Kelly customers.
Prior to his role as Vice President, Chris focused on developing these processes first-hand when he was General Manager of Saturn of The Valley. He has worked with Kelly Auto Group since 1990.
Chris began his 26-year career in the automotive industry, in 1984, as a sales person for Ruhe Oldsmobile in Allentown, PA. He was the founder and president of Teambuilders, Inc. an automotive consulting company, serving many corporate clients, including Saturn and Chrysler. He resides with his wife and family in Allentown, PA, and is a graduate of Kutztown University.
